Meadowsweet is adhering to strict regulations to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
Therefore, for the time being, we ask that you please wait in your car when you arrive for your appointment. Then please call us at 865-221-0334 to let us know that you have arrived – if we don’t pick up, your number will show on the caller ID which will indicate that you are here (you currently cannot leave a voicemail). Your therapist will call you and let you know when they are ready for you.
The use of masks is mandatory for everyone inside the building. If you do not have a mask, or if your mask does not properly cover your nose and mouth, we will provide you with one.
We have plenty of hand sanitizer and we would like for you to use it as soon as you enter the building, and whenever necessary.
We are thoroughly disinfecting commonly touched surfaces, but we would like to advise you to wash or sanitize your hands after touching doorknobs, chairs, light switches, etc.. Your health is very important to us.
At this time, we do ask that you please schedule your appointments with our online booking system via our website. You will not be able to schedule over the phone, but you can contact us via email with any question or concern that you may have.
